Honest, nourishing, and deeply satisfying, sourdough is bread as it’s meant to be: simple, flavorful, and crafted with care.

Based in Queen’s Park, we’re a microbakery specialising in delicious sourdough bread. We bake exclusively to order, once a week on Fridays.

Our week:

Orders - we take orders from Sunday evening until Wednesday at 6pm

Thursday - we mix and shape our dough

Friday - we’re up early baking your loaves to perfection

Each week, we offer six sourdough flavors: four customer favorites and two specials inspired by the seasons—and sometimes, just what we feel like baking.

But we don’t stop at bread. We also make irresistible cookies, small-batch granola, and we’re always experimenting with new treats to share.

In place of the usual caraway seeds, we’ve chosen toasted fennel seeds—adding a subtle sweetness and a gentle aniseed aroma that elevates every slice. The result is a beautifully balanced and aromatic bread.
