Hello, we’re Fred’s Breads -  your local sourdough bakery

We’re a microbakery based in Queen’s Park producing a range of beautiful, freshly baked sourdough loaves once a week on Fridays

We take orders from Sunday to Wednesday, make our dough on Thursdays and get up early to bake on Fridays! Our bread menu usually has a choice of six different flavours, our best selling four favorites and two specials that change with the season, the weather, and what we feel like baking!

We also bake delicious cookies! And there’ll be other goodies coming soon ……..
